3. Products & Services

• All products offered are customized as per client requirements.
• Designs, logos, and content provided by the client will be printed as approved.
• Minor color variations may occur due to printing and material limitations.

4. Orders & Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after final design approval and advance payment.
• Once approved, designs cannot be changed.
• Customized orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Pricing may vary based on quantity, bottle type, and customization.
• Advance payment is mandatory to initiate production.
• Any applicable taxes will be charged as per government norms.

6. Delivery & Timelines

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
• Brand Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
• Urgent delivery requests may attract additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients confirm that they have legal rights to use any logo, trademark, or content shared with us. Brand Promoter will not be responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from client-provided materials.

8. Quality & Complaints

• Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Complaints raised after usage or distribution of bottles will not be entertained.
• Our liability is limited to replacement or correction of defective products only.

9. Refund & Cancellation

Since all products are customized, refunds or cancellations are not allowed once production has started. In rare cases, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Brand Promoter.

10. Limitation of Liability

Brand Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Privacy

Client information shared with us is handled as per our Privacy Policy and will not be misused or shared with third parties without consent.
